Tenders in Kenya

African countries which have not ratified the African Union Convention Against Corruption, which provides for legislative measures to prevent and punish acts of corruption, non-transparent tendering
procedures, and non-declaration of assets by public officials should do so. Kenya has so far implemented this........
Yes Yes, but it still runs deep in organisations....but, one can debate that it lies with the procuring officer, and another in an organisation's culture, a new company in Kenya, seeks to make tendering

Transparent as all suppliers and buyer will be transparent on offering of services and prices,

Reduce procurement, manufacturing, inventory and operational costs

Identify savings opportunities throughout the supply chain by identifying hidden costs in the tier chain

Streamline sourcing, procurement and vendor management processes and also internal processes

Expand your pool of qualified suppliers locally, nationally and globally by ensuring supply chain performance metrics are met, from the analysis we can carry out for our clients

Negotiate more effectively by ensuring our clients get the best deal from the tendering matrix

Consultation on supply chain processes...

Look no further, contact us for a demonstration and pilot project at no fee, let not corruption and inefficiency dry your company's resources up!!!

why E-procurement?

Organisations turn to e-Procurement systems to control, simplify and automate the purchase
of goods and services from multiple suppliers. They also are deploying e-procurement to
control inventories more effectively, reduce purchasing overheads, reduce or remove brokerage
costs as well as improve manufacturing cycles.

The key is to find the right products from the right supplier, at the right time and at the most
competitive price, as well as to ensure the appropriate responsiveness and service levels for your
business purchasing needs.

Often a company might find itself a niche with a proven set of customers and encourage others in
a similar field to join them on-line as the business case is proven. Concurrently they may find their
client base grows with more customers keen to capitalize on the benefits as savings and
efficiencies become obvious. Medium to large sized organizations and government departments
that regularly purchase the same products from a limited number of companies are ideal
candidates for e-Procurement....Quinnox

Need of e-procurement

Over the last 15 years, Kenya has been experiencing a consistent rise
in its poverty levels. In 1997, the Kenyan Central Bureau of Statistics
estimated that 52.3% of households were living below the absolute
poverty line.
By 2000, this had increased to 57%.1
In 2005, the Kenyan Central Bureau of Statistics published political constituency
level poverty and inequality estimates based on the 1997Monitoring
Survey and the 1999 Population and Housing Census.

The poverty
incidence ranged from 16%to 84%, representing the least poor and
the poorest constituencies respectively.2 The latest statistics do show
an improvement in terms of poverty rates although there is no clear
analysis available of the reasons for the change...... To be continued PPOA
